We build data platforms and production AI on the platforms our customers already run, with security and governance designed in from day one. Dillon served eight years in U.S. Army Special Forces, completing three combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. He was awarded the Silver Star and the Purple Heart. Wounded in combat, he learned through a long recovery what the field had already taught him: strength isn't what you start with, it's what you're forged into under pressure.

At Logos Technologies, he spent four years delivering advanced technologies and data analytics to intelligence organizations, including deploying downrange to support analysts in theater. He later helped build a threat fusion center at Discover Financial Services, and for the past 11 years has advised leadership teams on executive and cyber risk.

Forged Technologies brings that experience together: an operator's standard for execution, a track record turning data into intelligence, and a clear understanding of what's at stake when it fails. Dillon holds a master's in Security Studies from Georgetown University and an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business. Raised in the Midwest, he now lives in Northern Virginia with his wife and their three children.
